It is also goof for companies to use this kind of legal contract so that they can protect themselves from disgruntled temporary workers. The main point of a contract such as this is to make sure that everyone is on the same page about the employment, so to speak. The length of time of the employment is listed in the contract. If the company says that they may hire the temporary worker as a regular employee after a certain period of time, this should also be listed in the temporary employment contract agreement. Another thing that gets listed here is the wages. If you plan on paying your temporary worker ten dollars per hour, then you need to state that in the contract. The more you put in the contract and the more you explain, the better both parties will end up. As the prospective employee, don't shrug off a contract that is several pages long. Although it will take a bit of time to read, you will likely regret it if you don't. Essentially, it will be like agreeing to do anything that they please. After all, they could omit things they promised from the contract, of add things that you aren't aware of. Why make this kind of mistake if you can avoid it? Ten minutes of reading a contract can save loads of money and heartache if something bad happens.
Temporary employment contract agreements are necessary for both businesses and workers to have a smooth project together. Some contracts only benefit one of the parties involved, but that's not the case with employment contract agreements.
